Shipping and returns

All deliveries will be handled by SGK Distribution, a leading provider of 2-person delivery services in the UK.

Your wall panels will be delivered directly through the threshold into your nominated room of choice, ensuring safe and careful handling.

Shortly after placing your order, SGK Distribution will contact you via text and email. This message will include a link to their website, where you can choose a delivery date that suits you.

For orders placed before midday, the earliest available delivery date will be the day after next.

Please note that delivery times may vary for some remote areas like Northern-Ireland, Lowland Scotland and the Highlands.

The samples will be delivered by Royalmail and will be delivered within 3 working days.

Additional charges

Scotland (Excluding the Highlands) – £25,- additional surcharge per shipment
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Isles – £30 additional surcharge per shipment

Returning your order

I want to return my order. Now what?

  1. Within 14 days of receipt, send an email to info@homepanel.co.uk with your order number and the products you want to return. After that, you have 14 days to send the return.
  2. We will contact our forwarder directly to inform them of the return.
  3. Our forwarder will contact you to arrange a return appointment.
  4. After checking the condition in our warehouse, the full amount will be refunded within 7 days, minus the agreed return shipping costs.
  5. The return shipping costs are £19.99 for the first box, for each additional box there is an additional £10. 1 box contains a maximum of 2 panels. The panels will then be picked up from you. These costs only apply within England + Wales.

Can I have my return picked up?

Of course it is possible to have your return picked up if you do not return it yourself to our warehouse in Wigan. The return costs for an order vary and will be discussed first. This amount will be deducted from the credit note.

Exceptions for returns

Unfortunately, some products cannot be returned. We assume that this is a given for the following products:

  • Products that have been made to measure. These are products where a different size was specified when ordering, such as shortening panels to a specific length.
  • We cannot accept returns of assembled products, so please check everything carefully before sawing or assembling them.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can pass this reduction in the value of the product on to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning it.
