Online store software

WooCommerce
Our webshop is developed with software from WooCommerce. Personal data that you provide to us for our services is shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Due to the agreement we have with them, WooCommerce is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information about your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own group in order to further improve the service.

WooCommerce hosting
Our webshop is developed with software from WooCommerce, we have chosen Strato for our web hosting. Personal data that you provide to us for our services will be shared with this party. Strato has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Strato is obliged to take appropriate security measures due to the agreement concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.

Office 365
For our regular business email traffic we use the services of Office365. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and damage to your and our data as far as possible. Office365 has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

Mollie
We use the Mollie platform to process (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and residential details as well as your payment details such as your bank account or
credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context.
All of the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services for which

they engage third parties. Mollie does not save your
data for longer than is legally permitted.

Klarna
We use the Klarna platform to process (part of) the payments in our webshop. Klarna processes your name, address and residential details and your payment details such as your bank details or
credit card number. Klarna has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Klarna reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. In the event of a request for a payment deferral (credit facility), Klarna shares personal data and information about your financial situation with credit reference agencies. All of the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Klarna’s services for which they engage third parties. Klarna does not store your data for longer than is legally permitted.

We collect reviews via the Customer reviews platform. When you leave a review via Customer reviews, you must provide a name and email address. Customer reviews shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. Customer reviews also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, Customer reviews may contact you to explain your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with Customer reviews. When you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of AIT Delivery to carry out the deliveries. We store your data as long as you are a customer with us. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
